Antenna Wire (SOTA 0.2mm) 100m Roll

Description

0.2mm Antenna Wire suitable for SOTA and other portable antennas. It has a good amount of flexibility so that it doesn’t snag or crows-nest and can be used outdoors for long periods if there isn’t a lot of wind. This wire is sufficiently rated for 100 watts (100w = 74 volt @ 1.4 amps). For areas such as the Northern Cape where the sun shines relentlessly and there is a huge amount of UV and sun damage to plastics and PVC, and also where there are strong winds, and also when the installation is of a more resilient and permanent nature, we recommend a slightly thicker wire (0.7mm for dipoles and 1.0mm for 80 meter loops). Various colours are available, please leave a comment in the order. Replacement lengths for our current range of antennas (e.g. 21 meters for EFHW SOTA) are available.
